One-third of community dwelling adults > 65 years old fall each year (Sherrington et al, 2019). Fall prevention is a cornerstone of successful aging. Education, balance exercises, strength & flexibility exercises and home safety assessments are all tools we utilize to prevent falls and encourage people to live independently in their own homes.
